With zero plates and minimal tooling costs, digital print is the perfect solution for short to long runs across multiple SKUs. With a lead time of a maximum of 5 days and zero MOQs, digital print offers incredible efficiencies to your packaging process.
Multiple print stations offer the very best of combination print including UV Flexo, UV screen and cold foil with additional flatbed units for embossing/debossing or hot foiling. The main benefit of this is speed. Flexo labels can be printed at speeds of up to 150 metres per minute, ideal for large print runs.
At All4Labels UK, we are dedicated to providing sustainable label solutions that match the needs of Brands and the desires of Consumers. This includes our STAR portfolio of eco-materials as well as our innovative solutions STARDIRECT™ the disruptive ‘no label look’ decoration and STARSHINE™ our no waste foil alternative, both designed to reduce Co2 emissions in the labelling process.
We offer both digital and conventional embellishments. Including: hot and cold foiling, digital gold and silver foil and spot varnishes for tactile finishes.
